GRATITUDE 🥰

My clients invited me over to their new home and surprised me with the sweetest basket of goodies! They had custom open house signs made for me, banners, balloons, and a few other thoughtful gifts. 🥹❤️

This truly made my heart smile. 😊

I work really hard for my clients, and everything I do is with THEIR best interest in mind. Yes, I’m compensated for the work I do, but for them to go above and beyond to show their appreciation meant so much to me.

✨ WHAT’S MEANT TO BE WILL BE! ✨

These two properties closed some time ago and never got their proper acknowledgment or spotlight. And before these transactions, I never really thought about giving my closings a theme…but since then, I’ve seriously been considering it. 😂

If I had to name this journey from start to finish, it would definitely be “What’s Meant to Be Will Be!” 🙌🏾

I met this couple through Facebook Messenger when the wife reached out and told me they had land they wanted to sell. She explained that other agents had given them opinions on price based strictly on comps, but she didn’t feel like anyone was truly listening to what made their property different.

She told me, “You have to see it.”

So I listened. We scheduled a time for me to meet her and her husband at the property, and OMG…she was right. It was gorgeous! 😍🌳

Long story short, we got it listed. Throughout the process, they were patient. They knew the value they placed on their property, they knew the price they were willing to accept, and they trusted that the right buyer would come along.

And eventually…they did. ✨

THEN… they got the feeling that maybe it was time for another change. 😂 They decided they wanted to start looking for a new primary residence.

They had a clear list of priorities. There were things they wanted and things they simply weren’t willing to compromise on and I understood that.

By the time we finished, they found exactly what they were looking for. 🏡❤️

And here’s the part that makes it even better…

The home they purchased was the LAST home we toured that day, and it just so happened to pop up in our search that very afternoon! It was a new construction home in an established neighborhood where they already had personal ties.

Seriously…it couldn’t have worked out any better.

From selling a beautiful piece of land they were willing to patiently wait for the right buyer to appreciate, to finding a home that checked the boxes and placed them exactly where they wanted to be…

They had faith.
They had patience.
They trusted the process.

And in the end, everything worked out exactly as it was supposed to. 🙏🏾✨

What’s meant to be will be. ❤️🏡

I just closed two transactions last week and while there were a few small bumps in the road, everyone landed smoothly!

Closing (Part 2 of 2) 🎉 -
My clients were referred to me two years ago when they were initially looking for land. They had a clear idea of what they were looking for and waited until they found it. Fast forward to April of this year, they found a home that checked their boxes. It had great qualities and still allowed room for them to put their personal touches on it.

Negotiations for this home lasted about one month before terms were agreed upon! With the sale of their home being a major factor in this purchase, we had to structure the deal in a manner that made sense and protected their investment.

We did our due diligence, we exercised patience and we prayed! Guess what? It all worked out and God had us the entire way!

The delay in the sell of their home caused a domino effect for this closing. Our closing dates and times kept shifting, their personal timelines were stretched but through it all, my seller’s remained composed. Once our first transaction received the green light, we hurried 💨 to the attorney’s office to close the second. Both transactions signed within 30 minutes of each other. 😰🙌🏾

I’m so grateful for them. Their trust, their diligence, their candor was much appreciated! At this point, I don’t even feel right calling them clients. What started as a real estate transaction, quickly turned into a growing friendship!

Closing (Part 1 of 2) - 🎉CONGRATULATIONS to my AMAZING clients on closing one chapter of their lives with the successful sale of their beautiful Charlotte home! ❤️✨ It was truly an honor and a joy to serve as their Realtor throughout this journey.

Prior to hitting the market, their home was already in excellent condition, but they went above and beyond to ensure it was presented in the best possible way for showings and its new owners. Their thoughtfulness, and genuine care for the future buyer’s experience was unmatched.

From tight deadlines, appraisal challenges, HOA restrictions, and unexpected closing delays, they trusted my guidance and kept the end goal in mind. Together, we stayed the course, overcame each obstacle, and made it to the closing table! 🙌🏾
