House has half of a basement and half crawlspace

All of the peers are undermined. As shown in the photo. They aren’t Concrete Footings. They are Brick Footings. Which makes things even a little bit more fragile in my opinion.

Forgot to add the fungus growing all over the lumber in the crawlspace

We looked at this house yesterday. Built a 1959.

Basement gets water in it when it rains, which is not a shocker.

House could be really cool if purchased at the right price. Because a lot of Renovation would have to go into it.

Nasty. Some of these places I can almost tell what’s behind the walls before I open them up.
