Thankful for the friendships that come into our lives through sports and our children, and so honored when those friendships allow us to be part of life’s next chapter. ❤️

It is never easy to leave a home where you’ve made 22 years of memories. My friends put in the work—making the necessary repairs, cleaning, decluttering, and preparing their home for its next owners. And all that hard work paid off with two offers the very first weekend!

This one was a little extra special. ❤️

From the very beginning, this closing came with some challenges. Inspection issues, questions to work through, and moments when we weren’t sure exactly how everything would come together. But this is where teamwork truly matters.

Our clients, agents, lender, inspectors, and attorneys all worked together, communicated, and stayed committed to finding solutions.

And today, we got to see that happen! 🏡🔑

We are so grateful to have been part of their journey and even more grateful for the incredible people who helped make it happen. The best part was the ending—a successful closing, happy clients, and a beautiful new chapter ahead. ❤️
