At our final walk through, Victoria was already talking about paint colors, turning the shed into her own little “she shed,” and how excited she was to host hamburgers and hotdogs this summer in that big backyard for her doggies to run around in. 🫶🏻🏡

THIS is what my “job” is about. It’s about fresh starts, excitement, peace, and helping people create a home that truly feels like theirs. 🤍

Watching my sweet first-time homebuyer do this all on her own has been such an amazing experience, and I’m beyond grateful I got to be part of it.

So excited for my first-time homebuyer officially closing on her new home! We were able to negotiate $7,000 in closing costs for her, and I’m so grateful I got to be a part of this journey.

So incredibly excited for my first-time home buyers who just went under contract on this beautiful home in Clayton! 🤍 Recently married and now starting this next chapter together in a home of their own… there’s truly nothing better.

This home was recently updated, which gives them such great peace of mind as they start building their future together. I already know they are going to do amazing things in life, and I’m so thankful I get to be a small part of their story.

Happy 21st birthday to me 🥳

21 years ago, the Lord brought me into this world, and even through every up and down, I can honestly say I feel so blessed. He knew exactly what He was doing with my life, and I’m so thankful for where I am today.

I love my career, my family, my friends, and the little life I’ve built. I love my home, and I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming. Life really is what you make it, and this year has shown me that more than ever.

And Gary… you made today everything. After everything we’ve been through with the house, getting to just slow down, talk about our future, and dream together in a space that’s almost ours again meant so much to me. You always make me feel so loved, and I’m so grateful to do life with you.

Honestly, the version of me from a year ago wouldn’t even believe this life, and that’s the coolest part. 🫶🏻

STOP SCROLLING—because this one went under contract FAST 🎉 We looked at several homes, but this was the first one we saw… and I could tell her heart kept coming back to it. So we made it happen—and got it accepted on the first round 🙌 From being closer to family to that backyard, deck, and a basement ready for all the get-togethers, this home is everything she was hoping for.
