Monday started with a win: a North Carolina property is under contract in collaboration with Jon House! 🤝🏡🔥

Then came a morning hike around the farm, a ride over to check out the track at Driven Mx - Motocross Training , and lunch at Barry Dyngles , where I ran into some great friends. From there, I was off to a home inspection—negotiating deals from my bike and getting another offer accepted along the way! 🏍️🙌🏻

A stop at the Howard Hanna Real Estate Canfield office, my daily Planet Fitness workout, a Jalisco Salem burrito, and a sunset back home. Finished the last bit of work at Kava Culture • Alliance. What a freaking Monday. Let’s gooooo!

Race weekend at western_reserve_mx hits different when it’s part of your family’s story. 🏁🔥

My grandfather is one of the last original life members of Western Reserve Motorcycle Club. Growing up around motorcycles because of him sparked a passion that’s still a huge part of my life—and now it’s part of who I am as Your Riding Realtor.

This Sunday, October 4, Western Reserve is bringing the action with the Annual 2 Man / 4 Hour Hare Scramble—kids race at 9 AM, big bikes at noon. I’ll be there, and I hope to see you out at the track! 🤘

Ohio Sundays like this are hard to beat.

Started before sunrise with a brisk hike around the farm — full moon overhead, fog rolling across the fields, and that crisp fall air that wakes you up better than coffee.

From there, a morning yoga sesh at Kava Culture • Alliance with Matthew and Jill Smith had me dialed in and ready for the day.

Then it was straight into real estate mode — open house, a showing, contracts getting sent out, and deals moving forward.

Had to make a quick stop at Jalisco Salem for the Cali burrito and get some fuel back in the tank.

And there was only one way to finish a Sunday like this… an evening ride, some miles, and a BULA nightcap back at Kava Culture • Alliance

Work hard, stay moving, enjoy the good stuff, and make the most of the miles in between.

10 years in the making… and damn, was it worth the wait.

Huge congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Douglas. What an unreal wedding at The HydeAway Venue , an awesome group of people, and a night I’m grateful I got to be part of.

Clint and I have been through a lot of life together over the years, so getting the chance to stand up there and say a few words for him and Megan meant more than I can put into a caption.

And apparently you can go to a wedding completely sober, have an absolute blast, then walk up to the balcony with Mötley Crüe as your intro music and somehow nail the speech. 😂🤘

Couldn’t be happier for you two. After 10 years, you finally made it official.

Here’s to a great marriage, a lifetime of memories, and one badass next chapter.

Cheers to Mr. & Mrs. Douglas. LET’S GOOOOO. 🥂🔥

FROM “WE LOVE IT” TO UNDER CONTRACT.

There’s something special about helping first-time buyers take this step.

After touring homes, weighing options, running numbers, and finding the one that felt right, their offer was accepted and they’re officially UNDER CONTRACT.

I’m genuinely pumped for these two. Buying your first home is a big deal, and getting to be part of that moment — the nerves, the excitement, the “wait… this is actually happening” feeling — is one of my favorite parts of real estate.

Big shoutout to Howard Hanna Mortgage for helping keep the financing side moving and making the process smoother along the way.

Now we keep pushing toward inspections, closing, and handing over that first set of keys.

First home. First contract. Big next chapter.

One of those days that had a little bit of everything.

Morning hike around the farm to get moving, then busted out the XR1200 for a home inspection and final walkthrough. Contracts are moving, deals are pending, and I wrapped the day by picking up my grandparents and taking them to dinner at the Salem Golf
club with their friends.

A little fresh air, a little horsepower, a little real estate, and time with family.

Hard to complain about a day like that.
