We are hosting a coloring contest for our residents to receive $50 rent credit for January of 2023 if they win. Coloring pages can be picked up at the East River office. Anyone wanting to enter the contest must return their coloring pages by Monday, December 19th, at 4:00 pm. Then, we will post all the coloring pages entered to be voted on our page. The coloring page with the most votes by Wednesday, December 28th at 4:00 pm will be chosen as the winner!

Each apartment can only submit one coloring page to win.

Coloring pages to choose from are the snowman, holiday tree, candy canes, or penguin with hot cocoa!
