It's the first Monday of the month, time for the Onslow County market update 👀

Spring is off to a strong start, seems like people want to move before the summer! And who doesn't want to live 30 minutes from the beach?

The average days on market is only 58 days! But don't let that number be the reason you don't jump, homes are still going under contract very quickly!

Today is the first day of Mental Health Awareness month. It's important to remember that Mental Health is Health.

Over 59 Million adults in the USA suffer from some type of mental illness, whether it be anxiety, depression, bipolar, or some other illness. This is not insignificant.

No one is alone. If you need help then reach out to friends, family, coworkers, that person you see everyday, anyone you can. It took me years to figure that out, mostly thanks to my brother.

You are not broken. You are not weak. You are not insignificant. You just need some help, and that's ok. It may be hard to ask someone, but do it anyway.

And if you need help NOW, call emergency services. They can help too.
