A little more than a decade ago two people came together forming a new life together, full of anticipation for what the future would hold. Lauren, at the time, was an Executive Assistant in the private wealth division of a regional bank where she supported a team of private wealth managers and the Executive Director. Ryan had transitioned from Finance Tech into the Ecommerce Tech industry and was driving ecommerce marketing strategies for clients of all shapes and sizes - national and international brands. It was during this time we started building a family and home of our own. As first time home buyers, we got a first hand experience of what walking through the real estate transaction cycle truly is/was. You could say, a dream started that day…

Through our personal experiences of buying/selling many properties together, we continued to develop a curiosity and desire to get deeper into real estate ourselves. We chose to relocate from the Triangle area to the Crystal Coast in 2022, and the opportunity to dive into real estate became a reality. Here we are today as a husband and wife team forming Low Tide Living NC affiliated with RE/MAX Ocean Properties in Morehead City, NC.
