🌊 Summer may be winding down, but the Crystal Coast real estate market doesn’t pack up with the beach chairs!

Another property has officially SOLD at A Place at the Beach in Atlantic Beach, and this closing is a great reminder for property owners who have been thinking about selling: the end of summer doesn’t mean the end of buyer interest.

In fact, the weeks ahead can bring a different kind of opportunity. Fall buyers are still watching the market, while owners may be ready to make a move after enjoying one last summer season at the coast.
