🏡 Office Update for Thursday 🏡

My personal office will be closed Thursday while I take care of a little preventative maintenance…

Apparently, even REALTORS® need the occasional very thorough plumbing inspection. 😆

Yes, friends, it’s colonoscopy day.

No showings.
No listing appointments.
Definitely no open houses.

But you’re always welcome to call, text, or email and I will return all messages starting Friday once I’m back in the office and fully back on the market.

All jokes aside, preventative screenings save lives. If your doctor says it’s time, schedule it. Your health is the most important property you’ll ever own.

Now if you’ve been through the prep before… you already know that’s the real adventure.

But you’re always welcome to call, text, or email, and I will return all messages starting Friday once I’m back in the office and fully back on the market.

Well… today’s forecast here on the Crystal Coast is a 100% chance of “keep your phone charged and your weather app open.” ⛈️📱

Schools are closing early, the wind is picking up, and Mother Nature has clearly decided she’s running the show today.

If you need me, I’ll be:
• Watching the radar like it’s the season finale of a reality show
• Reminding Yona that thunder is not the end of the world 🐾
• And casually looking out the window to see if Noah’s ark floats by before the next showing 😅

Stay safe out there today, friends. And if you’re house hunting… we may skip the “roof leak test” today and just admire homes online instead.
