I am posting for myself and for a family member. I am sending out applications for anyone interested in any of the homes.

A. 3-bedroom, 2-bath in Dry Creek Estates across from Clearfield Elementary. $675 per month. Includes lot rent. Tenant pays electric with KU, water/sewer with MUPB and trash with WM. No pets allowed. No smoking inside. Security deposit is also $675.

B. 2-bedroom, 2-bath in very small park 1/2 mile up Christy Creek on outskirts of Morehead. $675 per month. Includes lot rent. Tenant pays electric with Grayson RECC, water/sewer with MUPB and trash with WM. No pets allowed. No smoking inside. Security deposit is also $675.

C. 3-bedroom, 2-bath in Clearfield Estates on McBrayer Rd in Clearfield. $700 per month. Includes lot rent and trash. Tenant pays electric with KU, water/sewer with MUPB No smoking inside. Security deposit is also $700. Pet ONLY with prior approval and with $250 non-refundable security deposit and $25 per month fee.

Two mobile homes coming available for rent in Clearfield and Morehead areas within a month. Each has three bedrooms. They come with stove and fridge. Washer and dryer included upon request. Rent is $700. Security deposit also $700. Tenant responsible for electric with KU and water/sewer with Morehead Utility Plant Board. They are within 10 minutes of MSU, Family Dollar Distribution, and Walmart. NO smoking. Only approved pets allowed with non-refundable pet deposit and additional monthly fee. We need someone who can do household maintenance and repairs We have several rentals in Rowan County, KY and need someone reliable, trustworthy, able to lift and do manual labor, able to follow directions, and who is competent at most things on the list below:

Repair leaking roofs
Repair leaking windows
Replace subfloor
Install LVP and laminate flooring and linoleum
Replace/seal front and back doors
Repair plumbing leaks
Repair minor electrical issues
Build front and back porches
General plumbing
Demo of homes to remodel
Other general maintenance and miscellaneous tasks for home repair/upkeep

Must have own transportation.
