Here are a couple pictures of issues found during a recent home inspection. Sometimes the excitement of viewing a home can get in the way of seeing some obvious problems. A home inspection will not only find these but some that may not be so obvious as well. Don't buy without an inspection first.

Pictured: Several extension cords plugged into a single outlet that where then stretched to different parts of the room and house. A light switch in the shower (water and electric do not mix).
