It breaks my heart that the years have taught me much but I know you're character and I see you.

So as long as the world allows you to indiscriminately take what doesn't belong to you I will not allow you to sting the backs of the people who earned what they have with their blood, sweat and tears.

We have a tenant claiming financial distress due to Covid-19. Tenant claims job loss. Not physically affected, not applying for unemployment, not looking for another job, not paying any rent. Somehow has money for a second unuthorized pet. It's just amazing how times have changed.
