I disagree.

The path isn't always clear. The timeline rarely looks the way you thought it would. And there will be seasons where you're doing everything right and still have no idea where you're headed.

Overpriced homes don’t just sell slower… they usually sell for less.

I get it. Pricing on the high end feels like it gives you room to negotiate. But buyers today are incredibly educated.
