So happy for my client. After a month of showing homes from Gilroy to Livermore, and writing up multiple offers...this home fell out of contract. We acted quick, wrote a very attractive offer, and it was accepted less then 48 hours after coming back on the market. Less than 30 days from now we should be closing escrow.
