As a lifelong resident of the Santa Clara Valley I have had a chance to watch the it grow from a rural area with no freeways and plenty of orchards to the technological wonder of the world today which is Silicon Valley. Throughout the years I have witnessed the numerous ups and downs of the local economy and housing market and have a unique perspective on what it's like to

live here. Business Philosophy

My business philosophy is a very simple one and that is "What is in the best interest for my clients". Oftentimes when working in a sales environment there are situations that present themselves where it is tempting to go the easier route that benefits the salesman over the client. I take great pride in conducting my professional and personal life to high ethical and moral standards. My clients can rest assured that their best interests are always my first concern. Since graduating from CSU Chico in 1988 my professional career has revolved around sales and marketing. I joined Coldwell Banker in 1999 and have enjoyed my time here. Community Involvement

My spare time consists of coaching youth sports (soccer, ice hockey, and baseball) as well as volunteering in my children's schools. I'm currently involved coaching in Morgan Hill PONY Baseball and also coaching a South County travel ball team. I also belong to the Gilroy Sportsman Chef's club that is involved with volunteer work in the community. Our main event of the year is "Fishability" which consists of a weekend of fishing and bbq for developmentally challenged kids from the San Jose and South County areas. Communities I Serve
