A Realtor was door knocking my neighborhood today and came to my house. He asked my wife if she knew of any sellers in the area as he has clients at that willing to pay up to 2 million for a home. She gave him my number so he called me after telling the agent that I was also a Realtor. He called and asked me the same question. I said SURE I will sell you my house for $2 million Cash in 14 days no problem. Agent asked really? or are you joking? I said well I am serious are you? HAHA
