Let's look at Market Watch for Santa Clara County from the MLSListing Pro.

New Listings have increased from (132) to (290)
Pending Listings have decreased from (140) to (108)
Sold Listing have increased from (114) to (165)
List Price Decreased has decreased from (63) to (33)

The real estate market is presenting a strong trend, as the number of closed sales has increased from 114 to 165. And, the number of Pending listings has decreased
from 140 to 108. Real Estate is still the best and strongest investment you can make. If you have any questions or are looking for an agent I'd be happy to assist you in this or any other market.
