Another week in the books. 🔨🏠

One thing about property management and project management — no two days are ever the same.

Here’s a quick look at some of what we’ve been juggling this week:

🔨 Upcoming rental property: Scraped popcorn ceilings and painted the dining room and kitchen to get the property one step closer to being rent-ready.

🛠️ Kitchen install: Installed new kitchen cabinets… and dealt with the fun surprise of having some cabinets show up busted from delivery. Because apparently the job wasn’t interesting enough already. 😂

🏗️ R&R Ironworks: Coordinated the delivery and installation of a new carport.

🏠 New flip project: Walked the property from top to bottom and started putting together a detailed scope of work to figure out exactly what needs to be done — and how we’re going to get it done for New Day House Buyers, LLC

And then there’s the other 75 things we handled, that we won’t bore you with! 😂

That’s really what project management looks like behind the scenes — coordinating contractors, materials, deliveries, repairs, surprises, and everything in between to keep projects moving forward.

Busy week, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sometimes, it’s the small changes that make the biggest difference. 🎨🏡

This project was a great example of that.

We took the walls from an older light blue to Sherwin-Williams “Cream in My Coffee” — and what a difference it made!

The new color warms up the space, complements all of the existing wood trim and paneling, and really lets the character of this home stand out without taking away from it.

Best part? Painted, cleaned up, and furniture moved back into place — all in ONE DAY. 💪

Another simple update with a huge impact. It’s amazing what the right color can do!

🏔️ The view from the office today wasn’t too bad!

Getting some maintenance work knocked out today at an Airbnb for a longtime client and good friend of ours — and we definitely can’t complain about the view while we’re at it! 👀

Thank you to every one who took the time to reach out and wish me a happy birthday. It’s a blessing to me, to have each of you involved in my life.
