Congratulations to the seller on closing day! After 73 years of memories at 3356 Collins Ferry Rd, this family is trading the mountains of West Virginia for the beautiful white sandy beaches of sunny SWFL. I’m so happy for the seller as she begins this BIG new chapter. 🌴☀️

As much as this family loved Morgantown, it was time to move on. Over the past few years, many agents and buyers toured this home. Some even sent cards and thoughtful gifts, wishing her the best of luck on her journey.

There were many offers on this home — some accepted, some simply not enough in the seller’s eyes. A few contracts fell through though no fault of the seller. But eventually, the right buyer came along with the offer that made the most sense for everyone involved.

Moving is never easy. Countless hours were spent packing, coordinating movers, negotiating repairs, and connecting the seller with trusted local contractors.

During the process, we even spent several hours together in the ED due to an acute illness. Taking care of my clients goes far beyond real estate — it’s what I do.

There are so many happy memories tied to this home, and in the end, we made it to the finish line. 🏁
