Chestnut Tree Townhomes Homeowners

There have been some recent changes with the dumpsters. You may notice that the recycling dumpsters are no longer available. This is due to recent extremely excessive charges that the refuse company was adding to the bill when anything – even one single item - was placed in the recycling dumpster that was not recyclable.
For this reason you will now have to take recycling to the
Morgantown recycling center located at 520 DuPont Road, Westover, WV 26501. Also dumpsters must have the lids closed at all times and cannot be overfilled. If the dumpsters are overfilled and the lids are not closed, the refuse company truck camera will take a photo and will either refuse to take the dumpster or we will be charged additional excessive fees. Please ensure that all persons living in all townhouses are aware that they must not overfill the dumpster and must keep the lids closed. If the dumpster in your row is full, please utilize one of the dumpsters in the other rows. Thank you. CTT HOA.

Attention. Please be careful in the bottom row (Brittina Way) as the storm has knocked down two sections of the fence. They have been temporarily placed against the fence with caution tape around them. Please be careful driving around them in case the storm/wind knocks them down again until such time we can have them repaired. Thank you. CTT HOA

Today the Regency Court 1 - 10 roadway was cemented. It will NOT be cured until Friday, November 25th, so Please DO NOT attempt to drive on it until then. We will remove the cones once the roadway can be driven on.

Starting on Monday, November 28th, they will begin removing the Old House Lane 28-36 roadway and eventually re-cementing it as well. If the front or back of your townhouse is on the roadway Old House Lane 28-36, you will NOT have access during that time, so please plan accordingly to keep your vehicle where you will have access. The Elks will allow the use of their parking lot during the Week - but not Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

If you are renting, please notify your renters.

You will also notice that new light-bulbs have been installed in preparation for the darker months ahead.

And you will notice new signs have been installed at the front entrances.

We are working hard to improve the complex.
Thank you
