Sometimes creativity and flexibility are needed to close a deal for a client.

In order to take care of a repair for our buyer, we had to delay the closing a bit. That repair was handled beautifully but our buyer happens to be an up and coming Army National Guard officer, who needed to be away for a professional development course at the time of the postponed closing.

So we arranged for a special remote closing at the out of state Army post! This young officer will now return to WV as a first time homeowner!!
