🐻 Pettastic Thursday... Wild and Wonderful West Virginia Edition! 🐾

Fun Fact! Bear's have an incredible sense of smell. It turns out they also have a knack for showing up right when you least expect it!

I’ve lived and worked as a real estate agent in the Morgantown, WV area for years, and despite all the time I spend outdoors touring beautiful West Virginia properties, I had never seen a bear in real life. Until this week! I was out touring a lot for sale in Bruceton Mills, WV, when I got the ultimate "Almost Heaven" welcome committee. Just a few hundred yards away, a gorgeous black bear crossed my path!

It’s moments like this that remind me why buying land in WV can be so magical. You aren't just buying property, you're buying a piece of the wild and wonderful mountain state.
