It’s a fair question, but one number doesn’t tell you whether buying makes sense for you. The rate matters. So do the price, the full monthly payment, and how long you plan to stay.

To say yesterday was a dream come true would be not quite right. Yesterday was a goal realized, an achievement reached, an accomplishment hard earned. Being installed as the 2027 President of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS by my AMAZING children was a highlight of my life, both professional and personal, that will not soon be matched. Thank you to everyone who has been there during this journey and to those I’ve not yet discovered that will come along for the ride. It’s gonna be grand.
