We had an excellent experience with this moving company during our move from Pittsburgh, PA to Morgantown, WV.
A special thank you to Dylan, Kam, Camden, and Jeff, who worked incredibly hard to make our move go smoothly. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, hardworking, and careful with our belongings. They packed several items we hadn’t originally packed ourselves, including TVs, monitors, a printer, lamps, framed artwork, and a large mirror, and everything was handled with care. Throughout the process, they remained efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented. They even did small things, like making sure I had a place to sit for as long as possible.
Our move was not an easy one. On the delivery end, the crew had to carry furniture and boxes up to a third-floor walk-up on an incredibly hot day, yet they never complained and maintained a positive attitude throughout. Their work ethic was genuinely impressive.
At one point, they joked that they “get paid to do what other people don’t want to do.” While that may be true, for us they provided peace of mind during a stressful transition and a huge sense of relief at the end of a very long day. Walking into our new home and seeing all of our heavy furniture placed exactly where it belonged felt like a weight had been lifted off our shoulders.
Dylan, Kam, Camden, and Jeff made the move feel manageable from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and positive attitudes. We would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone planning a move.
