Man, what a great battle tonight at Von Blaze. A massive great job and congratulations out to Team: Victory or Sovengarde. These guys were getting killed for 3 straight rounds and had a great 4th round, while still trailing the field. On the last bonus question, they ponied up and risked it all for 20 points and nailed it for a close 1st place victory. Team: Old Folks was leading the way into the bonus round and stayed conservative wagering 0 points on the last round, but in the end, put them 2 points behind our 1st place team. Ballet Tini's were in the very thick of things and in the top 3 the entire night and went for it all in the last bonus round wagering 20 points. They would have crushed everyone, but landed 9/10 on that bonus hitting the first 9 in a row but then missing the 10th and last one. That opened the door for our 3rd place team the gentlemen who wagered 0 point on the last round and let them hold on to 3rd place. There is an inside battle between team: The Ladies and Team: The gentleman, that series is now tied up 1 to 1 as the gentlemen outlasted the ladies this evening. A big shout out to team J & J who did a great job this evening as well, they'd come in 4th place but had to leave just before the last bonus round and had a very good shot at possibly winning it all. Thanks to all of our teams this evening and can't wait to see everyone next week. Sorry for the long post, I just love this stuff and the people involved. Good Evening Facebook. Just wanted to send out the celebratory shout out for our winners at trivia tonight to team: "Oryza". They played well all evening and nailed the final bonus question to secure their victory. Congrats to team: "Bear Necessity" on their 2nd place finish and to team: "Taylor Made" holding on to 3rd place for the evening. A noble effort by team: "And in first place" who came in 4th, but bet the farm on the last bonus question. If he had bet "0", he would have slide into 3rd place. Good Evening Facebook World. Just wanted to post our trivia shows for the coming week and give everyone a quick heads up on a couple of time changes. Monday we will be at Whitetail Crossingthe new start time there will be 7:30 pm. Tuesday we will be at Von Blaze same start time as always 7:00 pm. Wednesday we will be at Classic's Restaurant, Pub & Hot Spot with a new start time of 7:30 pm. We moved 2 of our start times as we have been getting people in to play after the 7 pm starts at a couple of the places and we are going to have that 7:30 start time now to try and help those folks out and see how it goes. This has been a blast so far and I really appreciate all of the support, thank you all. Let's keep having fun and can't wait to see everyone this week.
