For Randy Arnold, real estate has always been about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about people.

As Principal Broker at Landmark Realty LLC, Randy has built his 21 year career on relationships, trust, hard work, and a genuine commitment to helping people make important decisions about their homes, land, farms, and futures.

Those who know Randy know that he believes your word still matters. If he says he’s going to do something, he does his best to see it through. Integrity, loyalty, honesty, and treating people with respect aren’t simply words to him—they are values he tries to live by every day.

Randy understands that every client has a different story. A home may represent a new beginning. A piece of land may represent a family legacy. A farm may carry generations of memories. Whatever the situation, Randy believes people deserve someone who will listen, work hard, tell them the truth, and stand beside them throughout the process.

Over the years, Randy’s work in real estate has allowed him to meet people from all walks of life, build lasting friendships, and become part of countless important moments in the lives of his clients. Those relationships are among the things he values most.

Outside of real estate, Randy enjoys the simple things in life—family, friends, the outdoors, and his love of classic cars. He believes that life is about more than what we accomplish for ourselves. It’s also about the people we help, the relationships we build, and the legacy we leave behind.

To each his own, but I don’t charge the “additional commissions” most of the larger franchise brokers have adopted in recent years, as I feel it’s not right to place an additional and unnecessary financial burden on any client.

Randy believes strongly in God, family, country, and the importance of leaving this world a little better than we found it. Whether that means helping a family, or first time home buyer find the right home, helping someone sell a piece of property that has been part of their family for generations, or simply being there when someone needs a helping hand, he believes every opportunity to make a difference matters.
