Day 2 of the WVAR Conference was one for the books!
We started the morning without electricity, and I have to give a big shout-out to the wonderful staff at Oglebay for handling a couple of hours without lights with such grace and professionalism.
The day was full of learning, including some great takeaways on working through home inspection reports and helping clients navigate the process.
One of the best parts was celebrating friends as one stepped into the role of President of WV Realtors and another wrapped up her term. So proud of both of them!
A little unexpected adventure, a lot of learning, and plenty of reasons to be grateful for this profession and the people in it.

Yesterday at Oglebay’s Good Zoo, all the animals were out — tigers, turtles, and even a wallaby with a tiny Joey tucked in her pouch. A pretty great way to kick off the WV Realtor Conference!
And this morning? No electric. 😂
