What is that saying, "Big Things Come in Small Packages?" That was exactly what this was for my buyer. Things should not be underestimated because of their size. In this situation a block and 1/2 walk from the ocean in Bradley Beach was key to my client. Size of the condo was not as important as the location. Remember the #1 rule in real estate is Location, Location, Location! It is repeated 3 times for emphasis. Value is in the location!

CONGRATS to my first time buyers and newlyweds, Ashley and Mason. Finding a home in this market is not easy, but my clients know that we Never Give Up. I always say, "Your House is Out There...It Just Hasn't Found You Yet". Ashley and Mason put an offer on this house and were disappointed when I called to say they did not get it. But, only a few days later, I got the call that the sellers buyer fell though and we got the house! With Masons construction knowledge and Ashley's fashion design background I know they are going to turn this precious cape cod style home into a cozy retreat for them and their new puppy, Arctic. I can't wait to see the transformation!

Hello to all my Modern Monday Followers! For today’s tip, I want to talk about paint color. I wanted to highlight a fantastic versatile neutral paint color called Pale Oak, OC-20 Benjamin Moore. Pale Oak is a greige and is a soothing warm paint tone. I especially love it in rooms that have a lot of natural light. Pale Oak comes in right about 70 LRV. White being on the end at 100 and black at 0. The higher the LRV, the more light it will reflect. Accent with black, darker blue/grays and navy blue. Looks great with any color wood floor!

Hello to all my Modern Monday followers, I hope you had a fabulous weekend! Todays tip is about GOLD! No, not gold jewelry, but gold cabinet hardware. Many of my clients who I have sold homes to are renovating their kitchen and baths and ask me if gold cabinetry hardware is here to stay? Well, it has definitely had a comeback in 2023 and there is a twist to that brassy tone we all remember from the 1980’s. The experts say the hottest trend in kitchen cabinetry is GOLD! But, keep in mind it is a “trend” but don’t let it stop you from updating or using it in your kitchen and bath renovations. I always say, the goal is to keep your design classic and timeless so that your home can grow with style trends. Gold hardware can add luxury to a simple cabinet. Gold hardware looks great on both light and dark finishes and remember, you can always change handles and k***s in the future should you tire of them. So, GO FOR IT because DETILS are EVERYTHING!
