I'll say it again and again....one of the greatest compliments a realtor can receive is representing a client multiple times. I sold this lovely clients home in Manorville 4 years ago and I was honored (even more so knowing they had a friend who held a real estate license who seemed to be offering opposing real estate advice) when they contacted me again to sell the condo they had downsized to.

As realtors we hear it all the time...."I dont HAVE to sell" and "I'm not in a rush to sell".....until it becomes a rush!

Having prematurely (a key component) fallen in love with their next home, my clients became eager to move forward with a purchase prior to selling their condo.
