🍂 There's just nothing like fall in Shiawassee County — crisp mornings, color on the maples, and that last push to get the house ready before Michigan winter shows up.

Quick weekend checklist from me: clean the gutters once the leaves are down, drain & store the garden hoses, and check the weatherstripping around your doors. Small jobs now, no big surprises in January.
