I was born and raised in Morris IL and have raised horses, cattle, and other livestock in rural Grundy County my whole life. When I am not selling real estate, my wife Rachael and I are competing on the weekends in Ranch sorting shows in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee, Arkansas, Missouri and pretty much anywhere else within a day’s drive! I also buy properties to “rehab” and sell, so I have
pretty much seen it all on the construction end of real estate which is a valuable asset to have in my business as I am able to offer my construction knowledge to my clients when helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. When dealing in specialized properties (Farm and Ranch) I truly believe it’s in the buyer and sellers’ best interest to work with a specialized Broker. Living in the Farming/Ranching industry my entire life has given me the necessary tools, knowledge, and network to provide the best possible service to my clients.
