Honestly one of my favorite closings in a while ☺️

My first-time buyer clients came in with a clear plan from the start. Stay in Morris, stay within budget, and find the right home, not just the biggest one they could qualify for. I really respected that about them.

We looked at around 5 or 6 homes together and when we walked into this one, they just knew it was the one. The problem was, so did 7 other buyers 🫣

We didn't go in with the highest offer. We focused on putting together the strongest overall package and paying attention to the details that actually matter to sellers. They trusted the process and it worked! We won the bidding war and got the keys last week 🥳

My client's dad grew up 3 doors down and their close friends already bought the house (with me) across the street, so this neighborhood already meant something to them. That made winning it even better.
