Congratulations to my amazing first-time home buyers! 🥳

This home officially closed last month, and I’m finally getting to share a little behind-the-scenes.

My buyers came to me through a referral from one of my past clients (and there’s no greater compliment than being trusted to help someone through one of the biggest milestones of their life).

This home wasn’t the easiest. When we first toured it, it was clear the asking price didn’t match the condition. It had been sitting on the market, needed quite a bit of work, and simply wasn’t priced where the market said it should be.

But my buyers saw the potential. They loved the layout and the possibility once the home is cleaned up.

Instead of guessing what to offer, I completed a full market analysis using recent comp sales, market conditions, the home’s condition, and days on market. That gave us the confidence to negotiate based on facts, not emotion, and get them under contract at a price that made sense.

Then came closing day… and as you see, the work wasn’t over yet.

Buying a home isn’t just about finding the right house or getting your offer accepted. It’s about having someone in your corner from the first showing to the final walkthrough, making sure your interests are protected every step of the way.

I’ve never been someone who likes boasting or bragging about my sales numbers.

Not because I’m not proud of the work, but because I don’t think numbers alone tell the story.

I sold 6 homes in June and 26 homes during the first half of 2026, and I’m incredibly grateful for every buyer and seller who trusted me to be part of their journey. Thank you for allowing me to help with such an important milestone in your lives. 🤍

But what those 26 transactions really gave me was perspective.
