Porras-Field manages her own consulting company, HopeSeasons LLC. She is engaged in Strategic Alliance Partnerships and, Joint Ventures which focus on business matchmaking providing clients with the expertise and guidance to effectively expose their brands/services to their target customer. HopeSeasons has a formal agreement with Certified Hispanic-Owned Enterprises, to help companies acquire and retain customers and business solutions. Porras-Field has offered her support, love and dedication to the Chamber of Commerce premise. Porras-Field is the founder and President Emeritus of the Morris County Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce and has been instrumental in the founding and development of many other Chambers of Commerce. Co-Founder of the Toronto Hispanic Chamber, National Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Health, and the Public & Private Alliance Foundation of the Dominican Republic. She is a former member the Board of Directors of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Foundation and was the Chair of the 2006 National/International Convention & Business Expo. As a member of the Board of Directors, she was the spokeswoman at the XV Congress del Commercio de Detallistas de las Americas in Argentina representing the United States. Her involvement and dedication to the community is highly recognized. Porras-Field is the executive producer and host of the award winning Morris County cable show "Mi Casa Es Su Casa"; and she has held the following volunteer positions: Commissioner of Morristown Parking Authority; member of the Planning Board of Morristown, Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, President of All Nations Women's League, President of the Morris County Soccer League, President of Casa Amiga of Morristown, Founder of Inter-Agency Training Consortium of the East Coast, member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Morristown, member of the Board of Directors of Dover, NJ; Spanish-American Credit Union, member of the Board of Directors of Fair Housing Council, member of the Board of Advisors of Spanish Affairs of Morris County, member of Morris County Department of Planning Development Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee, Community Advisory member of Chemical Bank of New Jersey, member of the United States World Cup Committee in 1995, Governor Florio’s Ethnic Advisory Council from 1990-1994, Governor Whitman’s Leadership Summit on Diversity in 1997, Governor Corzine’s Transition Economic Advisory Committee Member in 2006. And Chair of the Latina Style Magazine New Jersey Business Series 2009. Porras-Field is a dynamic creator and a passionate goal achiever. She has received an abundance of awards including Small Business Administration Advocate of the Year. Her name appears on the American Immigrant Wall of Honoron Ellis Island and Who's Who among Hispanic Americans. She is an experienced leader, proven manager and an articulate and organized professional. She is a dedicated mother to her two daughters, Hope and Christina Field, who have both completed their Master’s Degrees and now have successful careers. They continue to be the joy of her life.
