This one was a little bit of ups and downs, but in the end Dustin came through with the perfect buyer!! They were able to get this FHA deal done in 3.5 weeks from contract to close! I know realtors talk about this somewhat often, but it’s true!!

I had a friend/client tell me today that he had considered getting into real estate in the past because it looked like a way to make good money.. It absolutely can be! He would also be good at it, so don’t get me wrong there!

However! He has realized throughout the process of selling his home that it isn’t NOT always what it seems from the outside. This is not a easy career, it’s not for the faint of heart, or the easily offended. It is working on vacation, phone calls & texts early in the morning and late at night, negotiations for hours, days, sometimes weeks! It is exhausting, draining, and sometimes… sometimes it doesn’t even PAY!!

Yet I LOVE every second of it. Yeah yeah, sometimes I complain and think I’m quitting, but I’m not giving up that easily! This is the most rewarding job I could personally have, and the clients who can appreciate all we do makes it SO worth it! If I have it my way, I’ll be doing this for many years to come.
