Beth Lohner, Broker/Sales Associate Everyone has a story or two to tell. What's yours? I'm a full-time real estate agent based in Morris Then I worked with application developers to deliver this.

Prior to my real estate career I was a business analyst consultant for both PwC and IBM (PwC was purchased by IBM during my tenure there). As a business analyst my job was to go into various companies to work with users/customers to determine exactly what they wanted from their electronic systems. This was a great position for me. As a real estate agent my job is pretty much the same as being a business analyst. Working with clients I help to determine exactly what they want (be it buy or sell a home) and then we work together to finish the transaction for the best price/terms. Buying or selling a home is a very exciting undertaking and one I take quite seriously. It's also a process that takes as long as it takes. And I will be with you every step of the way. Though the bulk of my business as been residential, I've also had commercial transactions, both medical and non-medical space.
