mercial real estate experience with chain organizations. We have lived in Randolph, NJ since 1991 and have two adult children, two grandsons and two granddaughters. Background:
William and Mary Menzel moved to the Shongum Lake area of Randolph in the spring of 1991 with their children, Valerie and Anthony, and their amazing beagle, Lucky the Dog. Valerie had recently graduated from James Madison University in Virginia and Anthony would soon be going to Rutgers so they were never part of Randolph’s school system. William’s career involved a lot of travel so Mary went back to school and earned a degree at the prestigious New York School of Interior Design. She found the best way to apply her design talent was to help people when they were buying houses so she became a successful Realtor. Mary was one of the first Realtors to provide free staging and still does today. She was also one of the first Spanish speaking agents in the area and helped many first time buyers. William’s experience in commercial real estate led him to join Mary in her business and they formed a team in 2011, working for Central Property Realtors in Morristown. ACTIVITIES:
William is very active in the Randolph VFW and Mary is an Assistant Pastor at her church. On most days William finishes the crossword puzzle in the Wall Street Journal. In his youth he liked to paint and write songs and sing. Mary is a fine cook and an expert seamstress, and has refinished furniture, designed jewelry and upholstered chairs. Mary also creates themed albums of their trips to Europe and the Americas. Both William and Mary enjoy classic movies, golden oldies, photography, dining out, Broadway shows, exercising and yard work. William and Mary also visit ailing Church members and participate in American Cancer Society Walks. Most of all William and Mary love spending time with their family. They are especially close to Anthony and his wife Maria and two daughters and to Valerie and her husband Gerd and two sons. The grandchildren are a special joy and William and Mary are very proud of them.
