Existing-home sales came in at 4.02 million (seasonally adjusted annual rate), up 0.2% from March and holding steady year-over-year. Inventory jumped 5.8% month-over-month to 1.47 million homes, giving buyers more options than we’ve seen in a while. Months of supply ticked up to 4.4 — the highest it’s been since early 2023. And the median sales price? $417,700, up 0.9% from last year. 🗓️
