MARKET UPDATE: Housing Affordability in NJ/NY Metro Area 🏡
The numbers are in for June 2025, and affordability remains a challenge across the board. With a qualifying income of $192,768 and an average monthly payment of $4,016, fewer households are able to comfortably afford a median-priced home in our area.
