Jess and I are so thrilled to have helped this first-time homebuyer find his new home in Tazewell and we’re especially honored to have had the opportunity to serve another veteran! 🇺🇸🏡

We have so much appreciation for the men and women who have served our country. As a small way of saying thank you, I always cover the cost of the termite letter for my veteran clients.

It may be a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but it’s one more way we can show our gratitude for their service and sacrifice.

Congratulations on your new home, and thank you for your service! ❤️🤍💙

Just because you can buy it doesn’t mean you should. 🏡

A $400,000 pre-approval doesn’t mean you have to spend $400,000.

Your mortgage shouldn’t leave you house poor. Make sure there’s still room in your budget for savings, emergencies, vacations, dinner out, and simply enjoying life.

The goal isn’t to buy the most expensive house you qualify for—it’s to buy a home you love and can comfortably afford to live in. ❤️

You will never go home shopping with me and hear me telling you to spend all you can! This business is about you (my client) and what’s best for you!
