🌳 Meet Our Broker – Family Tree Realty – TN 🌳

We’re excited to officially introduce the leader guiding our agents and serving our clients with integrity, experience, and a whole lot of passion — Dennis, our Broker here at Family Tree Realty – TN.

Dennis has been in real estate since 2017 and stepped into the broker role in 2022, but his passion for homes started long before that. Before real estate, Dennis built a unique skill set through several careers that shaped the way he serves clients today — from restaurant management, to building homes with a contractor, to regional management overseeing DirecTV installations. Every chapter added a layer of knowledge that makes him the well-rounded, hands-on broker he is today.

When Dennis shows a home, he doesn’t just unlock the door and walk through. He’s the guy climbing into crawlspaces, checking attics, and pulling out his flashlight without hesitation. He believes buyers deserve to know what they’re walking into, and he takes that responsibility seriously. His patience, attention to detail, and calm guidance help turn what can feel overwhelming into a smooth, confident process for his buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, Dennis stays just as busy. He’s currently building his family’s future homestead, working alongside his son, Rocky, on remodeling projects, and pouring his heart into everything he does. And fair warning… he’s also a die-hard Chicago Bears fan 🐻.

If you’re a Packers fan (Cheesehead 😄), expect some friendly (and not-so-friendly 😉) trash talk, especially on Sundays.
