Anyone that lives or has visited New Jersey in July and August needs no introduction to the beautiful Jersey Tomato. Pure perfection with mayo, salt and pepper on toast. This sandwich defines summer for me. I just went to buy my first one of the season and this beauty was seven dollars. Jersey grown! It is official everything is upside down!
