One of the many perks of working with a Compass agent (aka me!) is the ability to list your home even if it’s not quite “market-ready.” Through Compass Private Exclusives, sellers can quietly market their home to other Compass agents before going live on the MLS. This approach allows me to gather valuable feedback on pricing, presentation, and potential improvements—while also creating the opportunity to secure a buyer before hitting the open market.
After hearing about the success of a recent sale I handled just across the street, this seller knew she wanted to work together—and I was beyond excited to help sell another home on the same block just weeks later.
