Good evening neighbors. Please see this important announcement and share with any neighbors you know are not on Facebook. This will also be shared on the official HOA page.
We just received notice that Mid Rivers Asphalt has been able to schedule us to start sealcoating the roads on Tuesday morning. This is an important step in maintaining our roads to maximize longevity and keep our neighborhood looking great.
That said, there will be some minor inconveniences that all of us will need to be aware of and prepare for accordingly. Sealcoating will take three days and is weather dependent. Mid Rivers Asphalt will be out tomorrow and Monday doing minor prep and cleaning up of the road edges. This prep will not impact driving, parking, or other services.
If you have trash service with someone other than Grace Hauling and they pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday please note that the trash will need to be taken to the end of the road @ Cappel - trash trucks will not have access to our roads Tuesday - Thursday.
Please see the attached file for additional ways you can prepare and make this as seamless as possible.
We have notified the post office that access will be limited Tuesday - Thursday. If you'd like to make other mail arrangements, please contact the post office directly.
Last but not least - Amazon or other delivery services may be affected - this is something out of our control.
