Yes, both bulls are fully functional... I believe the maker is the same for both Bulls ?... Big Red has a hole on his left top sids - going to put a patch on it that was left over from the last time He was recovered ... I ,Handyman Anthony here on facebook have been servicing them both with heavy duty oil, bearing grease and W-d -40 where needed and making sure you will not be disappointed at all with your purchase/s .. I am not sure where they were made or bought, Sorry, This one is an el toro brand by the markings on the motor , My Parents bought them ... Thanks for looking, God bless and Happy shopping ..
