Katie is a creative, energetic multi-tasker with over 20years of customer service, marketing, and sales management experience. Prior to real estate, she was Operations Manager in customer service with Dominion Virginia Power, managed marketing campaigns through Dominion Retail, and worked in outside sales as District Manager for Coca-Cola. She worked throughout Hampton Roads for 3 years in Real Estate before moving to the Richmond Market. She graduated with her Masters Degree in Marketing shortly before obtaining her Real Estate License in the state of Virginia in 2013. To aid her military clients, Katie obtained her certification as a Military Relocation Professional in 2016. Katie also donates a portion of her commission for each home sold to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society in honor of her sister who was diagnosed with APL in 2007. She is a dedicated Realtor, through the Richmond Association of Realtors, and enjoys assisting other families in finding a place to call home. “I base the success of by business on the unique relationship I have with my clients; my business is built only on referrals, and all of my passion and energy go right back into those clients.
