Homes are where life happens… and we don’t take that lightly. 🏡

We’re a Mother-Daughter real estate team serving Moses Lake & beyond—bringing real advice, local knowledge, and a level of care you won’t find everywhere. ✨

Going above and beyond for my clients has officially reached a new level. 🪂🏡😂

Need me to find the house? I got you.
Need me to negotiate the deal? Absolutely.
Need me to drop out of the sky and land on it? Apparently, yes. 🤣

Real estate is serious business… but your Realtor doesn’t have to be boring.

What’s the craziest thing you’d expect your Realtor to do for you? 👇😂

09/28/2026

Whether I’m in work clothes or real estate attire, one thing stays the same—I’m showing up and getting the job done. 💪🏽🏡

Call me a Jill of All Trades… or better yet, the Queen of All Trades 👑🔨😂

Painter Ashley, handyman Ashley, Realtor Ashley—you never really know which version you’re getting that day, but you can always count on me to show up, figure it out, and get it DONE.✔️

Thinking about buying, selling, or just wondering where to start?

Call us today and let’s take the road to your next chapter together.✨

09/17/2026

Your group chat has opinions. Zillow has 47 tabs open. And you? You just want to know where to start. 😂🏡

That’s where we come in! We’re Chayo & Ashley, the mother-daughter duo behind Team McKean. 🤎 Buying, selling, or sorting through the “what ifs”—we’re here to answer your questions, talk through your options, and cheer you on along the way!

What’s your biggest real estate question right now?

09/16/2026

FALL GIRLIES, REPORT TO THE LIVING ROOM. 🍂📣😂

Because the second the temperature drops 3 degrees, apparently we’re redecorating the whole house.

Warm lighting? ✅
Moody tones? ✅
Cozy textures? ✅
Financial self-control at Hobby Lobby? ❌😂

THIS is the fall home vibe. 🤎🏡

Be honest — are you already decorating?!😆

Okkkkkaaayyyy homeowners!! 😊🏡🔑

There is nothing like seeing a family step in front of their FIRST home and realizing… this one is actually theirs!💞

So proud of these ladies and so excited for everything that’s ahead — the memories, the chaos, the decorating, the ‘we own this?!’ moments 😂🤍

This is just the beginning — and what a beautiful beginning it is. Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey… you did it!!🫶🏼

Kitchen Crush Monday 😍🏡

Okay but can we talk about this kitchen?! 😍 That oversized island is made for morning coffee, homework, entertaining, and everyone gathering in the same spot.

A beautiful kitchen will get me every time. 🤍

Would a large kitchen island be a must-have in your next home? 👀

Lender: “We have an underwriting issue.”

Me: “Respectfully… I’m the talent.” 💁🏽‍♀️😂

Also me 30 seconds later:
