This beautiful young lady bought her first home all by herself! As a first time homebuyer she did all her homework. 🤓 Its always a little extra special to see the people from your hometown succeed and accomplish their goals!

Super late post, but do you remember the home I shared, posted and kept going to, to find a buyer?! 🤩

Well… mission accomplished on 7.24.2024!!! 🥳
I found the perfect home for Uriel and his family! Uriel is such a hard working person and does everything for his family and they deserve nothing but the BEST! He got the 🔑 to what is now their home! 🏠

Him and his family have a place to call their OWN! I cannot wait to see all the memories they create in this home! His smile says it ALL! 🎉

There’s also a back story to this home, back in 2016 when my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home we fell in love with this one. We were going to make an offer but didn’t have a pre approval yet, when we were finally approved, it was too late. The home was already pending and eventually sold. And now here I am, 8 years later and I’m representing the buyer on this home. 😃
