🔑 Welcome home, Cynthia and Jose! I’m beyond excited to welcome your beautiful family to our Moses Lake community.

What started with a simple Google search turned into a dreamy reality. This sweet family is moving from Warden and were so patient throughout the construction process.

Watching the girls’ eyes light up as they walked through the front door is a moment I will always remember 🤍

🔑 This is a story of how everything came full circle.

When I heard Maria needed to sell her home in Royal City, I already had a buyer ready. We closed quickly, and it was a beautiful thing to be part of.

After losing her husband, keeping up with the house had become too much for Maria. Helping her and her daughter, Esme, sell their home was a pleasure, but helping them buy their next home was even more special because it marked the beginning of a new chapter.

They paid cash, and finalized in under two weeks! The investment from her first home has paid off in more ways than one, and that is the beauty of real estate.

There were obstacles along the way, but we still crossed the finish line. Today, Maria moves into brand-new construction, Esme gets a fresh start in a new city, and they finally get to take a deep breath and simply enjoy.

Día de los Mu***os is one of the most beautiful traditions. 🧡

We honestly didn't grow up with these customs in my family, but I love the meaning of celebrating life and memories.

Every year, families across Mexico honor the loved ones they’ve lost with ofrendas, marigolds, pan de mu**to, and so much color.

We would love to celebrate in Mexico City some day! I think it would be an incredible experience

At the end of it all, we never say goodbye. It’s always a see you later. 🕯️

🔑 A couple of years ago, Maria was working at a facility with a tight schedule, and buying a home felt out of reach. She pushed past her fears and bought her first home, a two-bedroom, one-bath home for herself and her two children. They could have really used a three bedroom, but her first home fit her budget, and she made the sacrifice.

Since then, Maria has built a successful daycare business from home. Today, I had the pleasure of handing her the keys to a four-bedroom home with over 2,000 square feet, giving her family more room to grow and her business more room to thrive.

She gets to decide whether to keep her first home as a rental or sell for a profit. What a beautiful thing it is to believe in yourself, even when you can’t see the full staircase.

A huge thank you to Mayra Vargas at STCU for guiding Maria through the financing process.

Maria took a chance on herself all those years ago. Seeing how far she's come is a reminder of why homeownership can mean so much more than just having a place to live.

🔑 Gabriella and her family are officially homeowners in Quincy!

We started looking back in January. An unexpected family emergency came up, and buying a home was no longer the right step for them at that time. Instead of giving up on the dream, they focused on saving money, improving their credit, and getting themselves into a position to buy. We stayed in touch throughout the process.

Today, I got to hand them the keys.

Their sons finally have a home to call their own, and their daughter has a big backyard to play in. They’re already planning a covered outdoor kitchen on the back patio, which sounds like the best idea ever. 😊

🎃 Pumpkin season is officially here, and our family takes it very seriously! 😉

Every year, we load up the kids and head out to the pumpkin patch because fall is our favorite excuse to slow down and spend time together.
