A little new construction tip that’s important to know: the builder’s sales agent represents the builder.
They can be incredibly helpful throughout the process, but their role is ultimately to represent the builder’s best interests.
Having your own agent means having someone there to advocate for you — reviewing contracts, explaining incentives, asking the right questions, negotiating when possible, and guiding you through closing.
The builder has representation. You should too.
